Registration Now Open: 2024 Annual Conference on Independent Living!

NCIL is excited to open registration for our 2024 Annual Conference on Independent Living! The theme of NCIL’s 2024 Annual Conference is BACK TO THE FUTURE.

This summer, we will advocate together, unite as a movement, and fight against ableism and prejudice of all types.

This year’s conference will feature influential speakers, educational workshops, and our iconic March and Rally at the Capitol. We’ll be making memories and making history. We hope you’ll join us.

In-person Participation

NCIL’s Annual Conference will take place onsite in Washington, DC, July 22-25, 2024.

All registrations received and paid by May 1, 2024 are eligible for the Early Bird registration rates.

Please Note:

You must be logged into the NCIL Member Center in order to access the member registration rate. Contact denise@ncil.org for help logging in.
Member organizations can log in and register attendees using the discounted rate.
Early Bird pricing is included in the listed price and will remain active until the deadline.
Youth members can either log into their member portal or use the code YOUTH2024 without logging in to receive the discount.
Personal Assistants can use the code ASSIST2024 to receive a full discount.

Virtual Participation

There will be limited virtual conference participation this year. We will be recording some of the workshops after the Conference ends, and those will be made available to NCIL membership free of charge.

Please note: With our membership structure for organizations, member organizations can sign up any / all staff as NCIL Associate Members. This new member type includes free access to the membership platform, the ability to serve on NCIL committees, and discounted conference registration. Registration Policies

Youth Registration Rate

NCIL offers a reduced youth registration fee of $150 to all NCIL members who are 26 years old or younger. We hope this special rate will allow young people to afford the Conference and organizations to sponsor young people to attend.

Replacement and Cancellations

Replacement and cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to angela@ncil.org by July 12, 2024. No refunds will be issued after that date. If it becomes necessary for you to send someone in your place, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests received by July 12, 2024 are refundable less a $50 processing fee.
