Step-by-Step Registration Instructions

For Conference Registration, we will be using our Membership Platform. We have included guides below for easy registration. Please note, that we with our membership structure for organizations, any organization who is a NCIL Member Organization, can register any / all of their staff with the discounted NCIL Member Price. The Member Organization can also sign any / all of their staff up for NCIL Organizational Associate Membership, which includes free access to the membership platform, ability to serve on NCIL Committees, and Conference discounted registration. Step-by-Step Registration Instructions

For NCIL Individual Members

  • Go to the conference registration page and click Member Registration. Log in to your NCIL Member Account. If you are unsure how to log in to your account, contact denise@ncil.org.
  • Once you complete the form, you will be taken to the payment page and your registration will be automatically discounted to the Member Rate because you are logged in as a NCIL Member.

For NCIL Member Organizations

  • Go to the conference registration page and click Member Registration. Log in to your NCIL Member Account using the email that you registered your organization with. If you are unsure how to log in to your account, contact denise@ncil.org.
  • Once you complete the form, you will be prompted to either register another person or continue with only your registration. If you are registering more than one person at the same time, please follow the instructions outlined in the “For more than one registration” section.
  • When you have completed registering individuals, you will be taken to the payment page and your registration will be automatically discounted to the Member Rate because you are logged in as a NCIL Member.
  • If you have registered more than one individual, they will be discounted based on the choice you made when you started the process.

For NCIL Youth Members

  • Go to the conference registration page and click Non-Member Registration.
  • When you get to the bottom of the registration form, input the Priority Code: YOUTH2024. On the next page, click on “Finalize Registration” and you will proceed to the payment page. You should see the youth discounted rate on the payment page.

For Non-Members

  • Go to the conference registration page and click Non-Member Registration.
  • Once you complete the form, you will be prompted to either register another person or continue with only your registration. Please note that non-Members can only register other non-Members.
  • When you have completed registering individuals click on “Finalize Registration” and you will be taken to the payment page.

For more than one registration as a NCIL Member

  • If you are registering more than one person at a time, when you are logged into your NCIL Member account, please fill out the registration form as outlined above for the first person. After completing your initial registration, you will be asked, “How would you like to proceed?”
  • Please choose one of the options and click on “Continue” to register more than one person.
  • When you have finished registering multiple individuals, you can click on “Finalize Registration” and proceed to payment.
  • Please note that if you are registering a Youth under multiple individuals, you will need to click on “Add a Non-Member Not Listed to the Registration” and when you get to the bottom of the page, input the Priority Code YOUTH2024.
